Mason Greenwood

Seems to be doing well at Getafe. Will be interesting to see where he'll end up next season. United surely will be able to get some money for him unless they can keep him compared to last time around.

Antoine Griezmann after Atlético Madrid's 3-3 result vs Getafe last night: "Mason Greenwood was really causing us problems in the 2nd half, we couldn’t stop him & it cost us the game."

Getafe wants to keep him and I think would be the best for him to stay.

Not sure if returning to England right now would be a smart decision. Opponents fans won't make it easy for him and even some of his own fanbase (whichever team he'd sign for) would be against him. At least initially, he could "buy them" with good performances.

Even in La Liga there were some disgusting Greenwood muerete chants from Osasuna (IIRC) fans at start of the season.

It will probably take years until people forget Greenwood's deeds. He is only 22, he should stay 2-3 year at Getafe and then go to a good club except in PL.

It would complete Barca's fall from grace.
Tbh most big clubs have zero morals and are complete sellouts.

We supported Suarez in the infamous Evra racism incident. All our big clubs wanted to join the Super League the moment it looked possible. Football is all about money.

Yeah but the Suarez thing was trivial by comparison.

Well the media made it much much bigger than anything related to Greenwood.

PL do anti racism campaigns all the time and 2 high profile players clashing in the biggest game of the country was bound to create a media storm.

It was a big deal at the time.

Suarez was 'bigger' as had two sides arguing about what had gone on and debate about what was really said and the punishment.

Greenwoods was worse and so bad there was next to no debate on it.
