There are no world class RB's available but still we could get that vidal guy for 25M and Fabinho too for 15-25M. 4 players for 100M (maximum), team is ready for another 3-4 seasons. Just need to sign one center back, if we sign only one of gundogan and kovacic we could do just that.

So are there any world class RB in any team, period?

We can also buy Jordan Amavi from Nice for 15m (two-footed so should easily be able to play RB as well as LB) and Mario Fernandes from CSKA for 20m. Both are great full-backs, and both in their early 20s.

He is very talented but yes he is inconsistent. Many people think he can become a good player.

Which is the reason why I'm wondering why so many people think he will be able to hold a place in Barca's midfield. He's already struggling to get a first team place in Inter let alone Barca where even talented La Masia kids like Halilovic and Rafinha struggle to get a place in the first team.

Halilovic is not a La Masia kid..

Two reasons why some believe Kovacic is inconsistent is that Inter is an inconsistent team in a mess and Kovacic is frequently played out wide where he isnt as involved and at his best. At Barcelona, those two factors wont be a problem.

Okay, yes that was a bit of a slip. But he was a wonderkid brought in and right now kovacic is currently at the same level, still only a promising wonderkid.

Yap, he is a wonderkid but he isn't struggling to get a place in the first team when he isn't near the first team yet.. In a couple of years hopefully..

Kovacic is way ahead of Halilovic in every way. He is one of Croatia's main men in the NT and has already 3 seasons under his belt in Serie A. Maybe, maybe in a few years, Halilovic can reach the level of Kovacic, but thats a big question mark. Kovacic is definitely ready to make his mark right now.

Dani Alves and Lahm... those are the best examples of world class RB.

I heard about both the guys but never seen them play, whoever it maybe we should sign one attacking RB like vidal and one defensive RB.

Kovacic is already a started for croatia i think. He was a starter for inter too but after mancini came he decided not make him a permanent starter, he wants to slowly integrate kovacic into the team such that he will have some defined role or maybe some other similar reason. XaviMessiGirl can shed some light, she is an inter fan. I don't actively follow seria a.

Yeah, I guess I was exaggerating a bit there. Kovacic has way better decision making than Halilovic although this can certainly be improved on. The only thing I would say that is holding back kovacic is his mental strength, he dissappears in the few big games I saw him in or that he appears nervous.

Halilovic was only a wonderkid based on a few matches in Croatian league where his former team (Dinamo) was as strong as Barcelona, and all other teams are like Cordoba.

He didn't play that well, he had some awesome solo actions as a 16-17 years old boy.

Kovacic on the other hand is 21 (Halilovic is already 19), and he played on a world cup 2014 as a first team player in Croatian midfield (with Modric and Rakitic).

So, saying that Kovacic with two major NT tournaments and 2 years in Inter's first team is the same as Halilovic's few games in weak Croatian league and some matches in Barcelona B are the same, is well... not quite accurate.
Halilovic is a talent. (he was a talent who hasn't done anything yet, when we bought him)
Kovacic is more or less already well proven young player. Who still has a lot of room for improvement.

Also, Kovacic has more "Barca's DNA" than Halilovic, for example.
