Kova met the girl in church (he was a altar server and she was singing in choir). He's really nice guy, but he's much better footballer. Like I said, bigger potential than Modric was in his age.

I really don't see what is wrong if I say that he is Inter's best player, aged 21, and a young player with very good all-round game and a lot of potential to improve further to a world class level.

To be fair, those polls go up the day the player signs for Inter, so most of the votes are based on predictions and were cast before he even put on the shirt for the first time.

We had a lot of faith in Cesc & Thiago back then tbh .it didn't make sense to go for another midfield player at that time .show how quickly things change in football

I don't think we were ever really linked to Modric. Modric seemed destined to a move to Chelsea or even Man Utd IIRC before Real Madrid came in and swooped him.
