Yes he was, but he needs more minutes on the pitch and more self confidence. His time will come.

Mazzarri didn't play him much at the first half of the season and he got well deserved criticisms for it. But he found space for Kovacic at the second half of the season and it did both him and the team good. Him and Icardi are the future of Inter. Perez and Madrid better fuck off and find someone else to play with.

i swear, i was thinking exactly the same. There is more to it than just talent. I m sure those heads are fascinated by $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$, not sure if croatia is a big market.
