I don't know what happened to Kovacic at the world cup. He was REALLY, REALLY bad. Was it the inexperience?

Kovac practically had his internship in national team. I don't know why is this becoming common practice in croatian FA.
Also, players like Kovacic MUST play much more in the club and national team.
Why Inter benched him so much is beyond me, but apparently they are building new team around him. But never the less, he's pretty cheap now (~15mil), for a player that can become one of the best midfielders.

He wasn't benched toward the end of the season. Vice versa he's been an important part of the first team alongside Icardi and Handanovic.

And he's way more than 15mil. Thohir apparently rejected all the offers for Icardi and Kovacic from several clubs. If nothing strange happen they're both nontransferable.
