I don't say that EVERY player is bad.
I only say for those players for whom I think that they the most likely won't make it.
I call them "players with deadly or irrepareable flaws".
Like Bartra, Halilovic, Denis, Alexis, Dembele, Malcom, Semedo, Arthur etc.
For those, my opinion was after a few matches that there is no way that they'll make it in top clubs.

From our signings, I am not saying that they are awesome, but I have never wrote bad about Umtiti, Lenglet, mostly Frenkie etc.

From current youngsters, I still don't see too much hopes about Puig.
And Fati is imo insanely overrated for now, due to desperation of media and fans for a new superstar. He has scored some goals, but for now has way too many "wtf" skills, way below top level and I am very cautious whether he can improve in them.

On the other hand, I have only told to guys here that they are overrating Trincao but I haven't said that he is bad.
So, you could say that I don't have faith in Puig but I do have some faith in Trincao, until proven wrong with some deadly flaws.

Also, for now, I haven't wrote a single bad word about young Pedri and Ilaix Moriba.

So, I am not shitting on EVERY SINGLE PLAYER.
I only shit on majority of players.
But since 70% of all Barca's signings won't reach expectations and since around 90-93% of all La Masia players will fail horribly, then I think that my estimations aren't negative but objective.

So, let's see how Puig will play in a real season, with fans on stadiums and against dirty opponents.
Semi friendly match in offseason against Atletico doesn't count.

Imo, people are rushing insanely with estimation of skills.

BBZ, we like you around here (on non football matters) but you really should support Bayern for your health and well being, lol. They play exactly as you want.

BBZ - who should Barca buy in your opinion?

Names please.

All you did again was list players you dont like already signed.

If I were a director, I would sell everyone and do absolutely everything to buy Halaand.

I would build a new project around him.
From other players, if Bernardo Silva is unhappy, I would try to bring him here.

About other players, I would rather copy Bayern's way and buy more 20-40m players than overpaying for Dembele and Lautaro.

Invest 200m in 10 younger gems from Netherlands, France, Portugal, Brasil and 2-3 of them will succeed in 2-3 years.

We are shit now, this is a chance to risk and give some time and chances to youngsters.

Emerson, Araujo, even Garcia, give chances to those guys now.

Haaland needs to prove himself. I mean even Batshuayi and Paco have shined for Dortmund, their system is a gift for every attacking football player.

There is no way Barca or any top club will start to invest 200m in '10 gems' for hope 2-3 succeed when want to rebuild.

Haaland, maybe Silva and 10 gems.

There is not much substance to that.

BBZ, my man, you're gonna start calling them for trash after they have five average games.

I know.
I thought about it in the last days how they have technique, physique, height, pace, mental strength, they don't clown around (Neymar), they are cautious with money.
They attack in three ways (possession, counters, crosses+headers).

German NT is always among favorites and the most allrounded in my eyes :/

I know, I have a problem :)

I wouldn't.

You see, I am not against youngsters and rebuilding.
It's about eras.

We were on top since 2004/05 season and since then we always chased trebles and results.

The next season for me is the first season since 2003/04 where I wouldn't mind if we end 5th and play with kids.
Seriously.

I wouldn't allow that in 2013, 2015 or 2018.
But now we are dead.
Amigos are absolutely dead.
And unless if Real fucks up insanely, there is no way that we will win La liga next year with the current oldies.
And even I would rather watch Trincao and Pedri than Suarez and Busi/Raki.

So, I don't mind Emerson, Pedri, Araujo, Trincao next season.
BUT, I do mind Dembele.
Why?
Well, Trincao and Emerson haven't disappointed us yet.
While with Dembele, there is no way that he will ever improve his IQ.
So why spend any minute on him?

If the kids are good, play them in the next season.

About Puig, there is still a tiny chance that he will overcome his flaws (physique).
But I am still extremely cautious about him.

Puig's only "deadly" flaw until now is his physic. And I don't know if this can be improved.
In all other areas he actually did amazing, granted, in a semi friendly match in offseason against Atletico, but also on all the other matches.

He has shown great stamina, extremely high and constant pressing, great ball control, insightful through balls, passing, runs behind the defenders and shots!

Remains to be seen if he can make it though.

When was it deadly?

To be honest the semi-friendly empty stadium argument in my book is void. Half the over-paid players in the squad haven't been doing it pre and post covid for a long, long time. He has technical attributes in abundance, able to pass through lines, quick to the press (which we have desperately lacked for a long, long time), makes runs into the box, intelligence in what space to occupy, can play one touch passes and cycle the ball quickly. All these things we've been desperately missing for a long time.

I get that he's tiny in stature, but I have yet to see an appearance from him where he doesn't look like he belongs there. If he is gonna make it, he needs to be trusted and given consistent minutes and game time going forward.

One deadly flaw is more than enough.
Look at Dembele's IQ, Halilovic's personality or Arthur's inability to play a forward pass.

And again, these post covid matches were so weird and without too much passion and fighting from all teams, so it is hard to tell whether Puig CAN compete with senior La Liga teams or he looked good only because these matches were weird, without fans, home teams and fighting spirit.

There was plenty of fighting spirit mate, just it was absent from any Barcelona performance.

BBZ has some thing with nationalities. If a player is of Germanic or Nordic origin, there are more chances he'll like the player, than if he is from South America, especially Brazil or Argentina.

I think he'd be fine if we signed more German talents from Bundesliga, or more Croatian, Serbian etc. Or more African players. Player traditionally associated with more of a feisty personality, having an edge maybe even in terms of genetics.

Anything but flair players from South America is the name of the game with him.
