I agree he is playing immature tonight, but his partner in midfield, the seasoned Pjanic, is not helping him not one bit. Actually Pjanic is not helping anyone on the pitch but Betis defence.

Nah I think he needs to play more with Busquets, those two combined nicely many times.
Problem was mostly Braithwaite, and to a lesser degree Lenglet, Pjanic and Griezmann, impossible to try to play football with these players.

But he did not have a good game tonight, I don't think he had a great game last time either. Still a top 5 midfielder in Europe for me.

Top 5 midfielder in Europe?!! I like Puig and he has great potential but he’s definitely nowhere close to being the best midfield at his own club let alone Europe.

Terrible game. So jumpy and erratic. He was supposed to bear the creative burden of that midfield, instead he kept making simple sideways passes or naive attempts at through-balls that didn't have a chance of succeeding.
