Yeah no doubt he has the talent but the situation he's in at his age he's just going to be another wasted talent.ah and also...
Puig is a potential top player,
the sooner that's realized the better
Puig is in a difficult spot, his main competition in the Midfield are all better than him and one of them is an 18-year-old kid who had a breakout season and is also coming off a world-class showing at the Euros for Spain and was in the team of the tournament and almost certainly a lock for the golden boy award all at the age of 18 years old. There are also some really impressive talents coming through as well in the Midfield spot.
Puig has the talent but he's in a tough spot that if he's really that stubborn enough to stick around getting garbage minutes every once in a while he will never develop into the player people expected. I won't hold it against him if he really persists in staying because it's his choice but it's really not good for his sake to stick around and hope Koeman will give him the game time he needs to develop.
