Imagine thinking he 'looked for decisive pass'.
In fact he did the exact opposite and pretty much always passed it quickly to first man open and failed to make the decisive passes.
George also said (and I agree):
Smart enough that when he doesn't see the pass, he has his next play picked out and will make a safe, pass back/sideways.
Hoofing direct passes to be intercepted by a defense sitting back is not a strategy.
