People actually think this Catalan frat boy will play under a demanding coach like Xavi?

Lol Xavi coming in means to end for bums like this guy.

He'll get more minutes, but at the end of the day likes of Pedri, Gavi, Nico are in front of him in the pecking order so he'll have to leave eventually.

Xavi speaks on Puig

Here?s what Xavi has made of the teenager?s recent performances.

?I am very happy because when I see him playing, we can see the total Bar?a school, that we like so much. In some way it reminds us of that football that we have lived years ago. That particular DNA of our game and that is so complex to find in specific players. And Riqui has it,? he said.

?He has talent, he sees the play right away, he knows what he has to do at all times, he is intelligent

This is as if he speaks from my mind!
Both me and Xavi and Puig would know that he shouldn't lose the ball as he did one time in a tight space in the last game, and that he should be very patient in his decisions - but hopefully Xavi will give him the trust and patience that Koeman didn't, and we might see him finally be rated as one of the best midfielders after all!

Bro, if he doesn't make it under Xavi, he's not good enough. It's simple. Xavi and Puig should work. If it doesn't, Puig has to go.

That being said, squad players are valuable for the team as well. So if he plays regularly it's gonna be a success. But if he plays only now and then and he rubs the bench most of the time, it's done. He should be sold.
