[PDF] Transfer Agreement between PSV and Manchester United for Memphis Depa
€34,000,000 in three installments:
* €17,000,000 in the first 48 hours after registration
* €8,500,000 on the 31st of January
* €8,500,000 on the 1st of July
Other clauses:
* €1,350,000 if United win the Premier League
* €325,000 if United reach the Semi-Final of the CL
* €650,000 if United reach the Final of the CL
* €1,350,000 if United win the CL
* Maximum sum payed because of clauses is €4,000,000
* A maximum of €5,000,000 of next transfer or 10%
This contract also shows that Memphis has a 4 year contract with an option to extend it one more year
