first one is not a penalty second one can go either way, in that situation though i'd call it a penalty. these are the same type of penalties barcelona don't get though which is why it pisses people off

Come on Gio, why bother comparing it to Leo who is the weeble of footballing attackers...He never gets a pk...Imagine that, world's best player for years now can't get a pk unless he learns to fall to the ground like the kids in the capital?...Astonishing the disparity in penalties, or is it really?

that's also another problem, messi doesn't go down as easily yet that seems to be why he doesn't get many penalties

I'll admit he did touch his heel, didn't look like it the first time I saw it since he continues beneath the foot. Wasn't that much of a hit, but probably a penalty. Still, not something we'd ever be given. (unless Cuenca dives for it)

When RM came out of the tunnel, Ozil looked like he cried, he was all red and his eyes were even more froggy than before. Most of his teammates coming out of the tunnel all went to cheer him up with a pat on the back. Mou probably blamed him for everything.

Di Maria has won RM several penalties, it isn't the same at all. Him and CR must be some sort of exception then. Leo Messi has very rarely dove for a long time for the referees to think of his history before calling a foul/penalty. The exact opposite of Di Maria who can't seem to get the difference of a football pitch and a pool.
And that's not the way it goes. Your history of being a diver or not can affect the ref's mindset but it is irrelevant when there is a 100 percent penalty.

Ozil hasn't mastered the art of diving like Di Maria or CR. He is well on his way though.

when your fighting against di maria for the position in a team managed by mou. you need to out dive him. the only way you can get in the team

He goes down very easily, but to his credit he doesn't go down with little to no contact as much as others on his team- though the rate at which he does this is increasing. He used to be like Iniesta: not one one to go down for no reason/no contact, but when frustrated with being pulled and fouled while 'doing his thang', would go down with decent contact to take pressure off himself, or just to make sure the ref knows it was a foul. Rarely cynical, just making sure the ref knows it was a foul, as in todays game if you don't go down you may not get it (just look at what people have done to Messi as he charges on).
He is crossing that line into Ronaldo territory, though he's gonna have to pull his socks up if he wants to be as good/bad as Di Maria, the King.
