Spanish passport didn't help Ansu or Mavericky.

You’re supporting the wrong club if you think homegrown Catalan talents much less a leader like Eric should be kicked to the curbI don't give a fuck about whether Xavi is obessed with keeping Eric Garcia or not, and the overwhelming reports/rumors claims he really want to keep him, they should sell him and tell him to kick rocks.

Sergi Roberto is hardly the same case considering his age and depth in midfield. Eric is at the beginning of his career and far too early to write Eric off, his success at Girona & City suggests he’s absolutely good enoughAre we going to keep the same energy for Sergi Roberto then?
Eric is not good enough.
Besides it’s not like he didn’t leave the club at the first chance he saw fit as a 16 year old.

He also left during Bartomeu’s era and then did everything in his power to ensure a move back once Bartomeu was forced out ahead of the election - respect
I’d have Araujo & Cubarsi as starters, Eric and Christensen as rotations with Faye if he’s not loaned out - all except Faye came at zero costI'd have Araujo, Cubarsi, Christensen and Kounde ahead of him as a CB, and we have Faye coming through as well.
Eric is not good enough and was hardly a major success at Man City. Eric staying at Barca and given prominence just means less minutes for Cubarsi and Faye who I believe are far superior talents.
Being a homegrown talent doesn't mean you should be given special preference over better players.
No one claims world beaters but review what Pep said about the Catalan kid from La Masia, not two foreign players who never came through the clubPep heaped praise on Ferran and Gabriel Jesus as well, doesn't mean they're world beaters.
Girona want Romeu back. Eric's CB partner over there is freaking Blind. Them appreciating Eric means very little.
As been said, now is the perfect time to sell Eric. Especially since CB is pretty well covered with both experience and up-and-coming talents. Just another Bartra.
