Yeah, it's his choice.
He either takes a wage reduction (not like he's starving), signs a new contract, potentially wins a few more titles and becomes a club legend of Steven Gerrard's magnitude or he goes for the money and leaves for Saudi.
He and his camp should be smarter and stop barking about it in the media. Edwards has this completely under control and is playing the right cards. I think Mo's camp hoped that his public statements would mount quite a bit pressure on the board, but they haven't and is even backfiring back at them to some extend.

No way he's coming here. He might go to Madrid but I doubt it. Saudi Arabia is probably where he ends up.

I was just thinking about his contract and the potential big European clubs which could be in for him. Totally forgot about PSG. Makes so much sense. They need a star forward after losing Mbappe and Neymar.
