I'm 1/4 moroccan, my dad is half moroccan and my mum is from the Netherlands.
I do often watch the national team with my dad, I don't really have a connection with Morocco, but just to spend time with my father. I have to say that Morocco has a bright future with players like: Mohamed El bouazzatti (Dortmund, defender, 17 years old and captain of the B-team), Younes Bnou Marzouk (Juventus,stiker,18 years old,Juve's B-team),Nabil Jaadi(17 years old, winger, 1st team Udinese), the Mastour kid and maybe the Barcelona players: Moha, Munir and Ayoub abou oulam.
I don't know about Munir if he has a connection with Morocco( if he's raised with moroccan traditions, visits the country etc,etc..) I don't care which county he joines, I just wan't him to do good for Barca and score a lot of goals ;)

Players in Spain can't get pro contracts until 18, so Wenger and other English clubs (who can give 16+ year old players pro contracts) poach talented youngsters from us. Don't worry Munir isn't going anywhere. His contract was going to expire this year, but he renewed, which shows commitment.

I know, he looks happy here, already in first team, but I still don't fully understand, why is Barca then punished? They offered pro contracts?

Barca is being punished for transferring non-European union players to La Masia before they turn 18 by bringing their families to Barcelona. FIFA deemed that this was not sufficient enough to fit their rules (*cough* Florentino Perez *cough*).

But is it not meant to be for just non eu players or all under 16s we are being punished if its just non eu chendri shouldn be in that bracket while if its under 16 it should include most of la masia

Difference is Chendri came to Spain by himself (at least as far as I gather), which is legally prohibited. If the parents come with the kids for non footballing reasons (i.e. they "find" work in Barcelona) everything is good.
