Sure, he's good. He's really, really good, in fact. I just find it a little surprising, is all, and hope the pressure doesn't cause him to start to turtle up.

Wow, this kid is really making strides, if he doesn't buckle under the pressure he'll at least make the squad for 2016 I'm sure, since as of yet Costa is the only other real striker spain have unless Morata does exactly like Munir and springs up soon to stop Munir from integrating in the spain squad since I'm sure we all know how Del Bosque likes to have a steady squad.

Hope that he refuses the call, but I won't be surprised if he accepts .
Spain did the same with Bojan just to be sure that he doesn't choose Serbia (If I'm right). A little bit of selfishness from the spanish federation imo, they should take it easy and give time to the young lad.
Why aren't they calling Alvaro Morata ?

I understand this POV, it does feel a bit like the Costa or Bojan situation and frankly there are better scoring options than Munir, IMO, to be called up

I dont see hm rejecting spain. If spain had 4 top strikers he might have gone for morocco, but seeing spain at this moment with only costa (who underperforms with spain) he'll definitely go for Spain.

In terms of looking towards 2016/2018 and Munir's current trajectory I think he's the best option to call up as by the time the important tournaments come around especially 2018 he should be an established player and giving him experience with the team and system from now will fix the issues Costa has been having lately with the nt.
