He should have gotten at least 45 Mins today with Vidal playing the first half and Semedo playing the entire second half.

He's gaining confidence and showing glimpses on why we bought him from Benfica. He just needs more time on the field with the team.

He'll probably get more time when the SuperCup is out of the way. As of right now Vidal is clearly the better option for me and a Clasico is hardly the proper time to put a new player to the test in his first competitive games with his new team. I'm actually somewhat glad to see Vidal was the preferred option during most of pre-season, as he has a higher level of chemistry with the squad and will be much more prepared to play against the likes of Bale and Ronaldo come Sunday.

He really doesn't look like a defender. Good feet, agile, thin, fast... let's see. I still have no idea whether he'll be a great RB for us or a massive flop.

Still, looks better than Aleix Vidal, who is a pretty bad defender anyway and sometimes I think he lacks temperament.
