FWIW, Nike come up with several designs.
The board have to approve the final design. I can only assume the last board wanted to try different things because they either had data supporting it or thought it would sell more to change the design a lot from year to year.

We have such a potential to have beautiful kits. Just google barcelona concept kits. Many, if not most, are usually much better than the ones we actually have.
This type of away kit would be great, like the one from 2004/05.

I do like the cream colored jersey though.
They should do a remake of the 2008/2009 jersey which is my favorite. The half and half colorway is so cool.

To all the folks that are liking and wanting white/cream colored Barcelona jerseys hate to tell you this but that will never ever happen (the above white/cream colored kits were based on Chelsea away kits and designs). A lot of Barcelona fans are also Madrid fans these days but the hardcore Barcelona socios will never allow that to happen. White/cream colored kits are simply too much alike Madrid for their liking. I know that Ronaldinho era kits were grey but that won't happen any time soon with Laportatistas very much pro Catalunya/anti-Madrid. Laporta will have the final say on jersey designs from now on now that he's president again.

White jerseys will never happen for sure but none of the fantasy jerseys shown above are white though. Cream colored ones will be accepted as away jerseys as we had them before.
Barca fans can't be Real Madrid fans and vice versa, by the way. These are mutually exclusive groups.

Hands down our ugliest jersey. I mean at least he could've worn the whole gear for a better kit, like 14/15 or 08/09.

I keep them. I hope my son will expand the collectilm whem he grows up. I also have around 20-30 that I play in.

For me it is a great kit. I missed out on one brand new at bidding. This is a must have.
