I think this instagram culture is already pretty laughable. Puyol would probably take all their cellphones during training sessions and take a heavy piss on them.
At least shit-talk each other on the pitch, don't be a fucking online smug, everyone acts like a little bitch nowadays.
Yet you didn't mind Kroos trolling all Brazilians though.
What is it Yannik, this or that
I think cracking a relatively harmless joke once is ok, but if repeatedly trying to shittalk and rub stuff in becomes a habit then it's definitely retarded
You didn't mind Muller cracking jokes about it to Dante countless times either
I have to agree. There's hypocrisy in our players saying that the arrogance/ the lack of humility of PSG team angered them, if only to turn around and outdo them. Mathieu for example has no room calling locker room selfies after the 4-0 match where PSG players held four fingers up arrogance when 1) such post-match photos of showing the result are a standard, Miguel Ruiz took plenty of them with us and our players regularly post matching selfie snaps on their Instagrams and 2) Mathieu himself showed a middle/fuck you finger when Barça won - which IS on the other hand used exclusively the taunting social context he ascribed to the rival. Neymar and Turan were needlessly arrogant in their social media too, either walk the talk or be quiet.
I did though, please he talked about young PSG players lacking humility and had time to mention what Marquinho's wife posted on IG, like who even cares? I can't say I'm particularly vexed by what PSG or Barça players do before or after the game, on contrary - banter is banter, a nice aspect of football that provides more enjoyment for the fans - but it's when people make talk abt humility and morals inconsistently that I'm not down with. You clearly didn´t read what Mathieu said.
