Would expect him to score more goals even though Neymar should have got a few more.

Neymar had more MOTM performances, was more consistently one of the best players in the team and put in game winning performances like against PSG that stats dont give you and count the same as Suarez in 6-0 away win v Alaves.

He was also voted by fans on here as better across the season.

Stats dont tell the whole story anyway in comparing players. Suarez nor Neymar are better creative players last season than Messi even though got more assists.

it's not that Neymar is shit. oil clubs and United would pay a HUGE world record fee to sign him. Neymar is a great player and important to Barca BUT we saw last season MSN can't carry this team anymore, we need to reinforce our squad, especially midfield and with our rumoured budget we obviously don't have the money right now to do that, Verratti comes and were looking at roberto/average rb for another season. Neymar is on huge wages, his father is greedy, hes always flirting with big clubs for a new contract and many people are sick and tired of our board laundering money to his dad via Douglas and that Lima guy.

We could get Verratti, Dembele and probably a decent RB if we sold Neymar + our budget.

Neymar played a true winger, has done easily the most defensive work out of MSN and people compare his figures to Suárez, a No. 9 and probably best CF in the world. Neymar is the only winger I can think of who has finished above the magic one scorerpoint/game mark. The only one who came close to this was Alexis who had probably his best season in his career. Neymar has impressive stats for a winger and he hasn't even had his best season.

It wasn't MSNs fault that we didn't win something great last season. Lucho thought they can do all on their own, laid back instead of giving them a proper midfield and some decent tactics.

People think you sell Neymar for 200M+ and the other big clubs are already waiting that they can sell us their best players lol Football doesn't work like this in RL.

If he somehow decides to leave , i see him going to PL. Going to psg is like giving away any chance u want to have winning a CL but if he's dumb enough to leave Barca in the first place then who knows.
