Some hilariously bad mistakes of ball control, but he did cause Sevilla a lot of trouble during the whole of the game. Could've easily had 3 assists if Suarez would've been in a great day.

People here get understandably pissed about some horrible mistakes (that failed dribble and that miss in the end) and then ignore the rest of the match.

I remember I told to myself, some time before his failed dribble: "wow, I think Neymar was directly involved in all but one chance we had in the second half".

He is still far far away from the world class level we expect from him, but this "atrocious, sell him, etc" is pure overreaction.

He has a long way to go in regards to decision making, he far too often chooses the wrong moments to do tricks and most of them are forced making them ineffective

What? When did I ever display any holierthanthou attitude here? Is voicing an opinion, or voicing my displeasure at certain behaviors from fans equate to "holierthanthou" attitude? And "HATE toward regular Barca fans"??? What the heck? Show me when I was spewing hate at you guys. Ridiculous.

I am no Neymar fanboy. He has as many flaws as the next guy, but I would never start my day wearing some whatever color-tinted glasses and try to see everything through those at him, or at any other players (OK maybe Ronaldo I concur, but certainly not our players). I know some people don't like him and don't rate him highly, OK, but can we at least try to be a bit more objective toward a friggin' BARCA player? Call him out when he is bad but without resorting to some of the hyperbole that I have seen here, is that asking for too much? The same applies to any other player, of course.

Sorry, I don't tend to post those congratulatory posts in player threads (sometimes I do) after a great performance and I usually don't post negatives ones either in player threads after a bad performance (the only one I remember I did was on Busquets after witnessing him struggling for a great while, but nothing scathing at all). I tend to post on game threads about the issues and problems I saw from our collective performance (I couldn't help it, everyone here knows I am generally pessimistic) and I usually don't post anything at all if I thought we did really well as I would be too busy savoring that moment of high and joy. But why does what I post or where I post matter? Bojan, if I offended you or anyone with that "can't believe they call themselves Barca fan" part I apologize, that's indeed how I felt, I don't mean that I am better than you. If you have a problem with something I said, just call it out, there is no need to involve anything else.
