PSG been linked to him for years and his salary only went up when Barca wanted to negotiate it.
You seem to twist any situation to be all about hailing Nasser.

Nope it was increased last year because of Nasser. Neymar used PSG to ask more. And finally, the result is the lack of money this year ... Barca board is unable to buy Verratti which costs at least 110 M€.

Nothing to do with Nasser who Neymar turned down and didnt want to move to PSG.
You are just clean making things up as usual.
Nasser was sent with his tail between his legs despite offering Neymar a fortune.

Neymar goes in his 5th season with Barça now so we had to renew his contract anyway. You seem to be unable to sign star players by now.

All the salary policy since Barto is the consequence of that. Messi's salary, Neymar's salary, Suarez's salary, Busquest's salary ... Everything has increased. This year, we don't have money to buy something "correct" for our Middlefield. Paulinho is a backup solution never a regular starter. I liked him in the past, but he isn't world class.

I really would like Neymar to stay, but part of me doesn't see him the second things go bad he'll jump ship. I'd personally tell PSG Verratti + 120M and bring Sanchez back for 50M, spend the other 70M for Iniesta replacement or something

You're mixing up facts dude.
Messi's wages are high because he is the best and Barça always admitted that the best should get paid the highest salary. If someone pushed up his wages it was Madrid because they pay Ronaldo a shitload every year he wants to "leave".
Suárez' wages were pretty low considering his class due to the incident at the world cup and it was always clear that he will receive more if his behaviour gets better.
Busquets is a proven homegrown player and those always have earned a lot at Barça.
We do have the money and we would have paid 100 M or more if your hero Nasser wasn't a slavedriver

Are you a PSG fan or a Nasser fan?
Nasser isn't some evil genius villain and clubs don't threaten to trigger release clauses to force another club into raising his salary
if its anything to do with salary increase it's Neymar's father using PSG.PSG want Neymar but theres no chance in hell he will waste his career in Ligue 1; if he leaves its to the PL probably Pep and City.
