Neymar is a huge talent! He was no1 (above messi) in dribbles last season.
I would wait to see how he develops under Valverde. If you remember Scolari's statement some years ago that he is one of the most disciplined for his age Brazilian players he had coached, and given the fact that Valverde is a coach under whom many players had developed a lot, i would wait to see his development.
Under Enrique, the players were pretty much not developing, and were playing somehow 'out of instinct', which is a very limited strategy.
I think it would be unwise to bet we can properly replace him in the near future, and assume conclusively at the same time that his development is over and he is gonna turn into a new Ronaldinho..
