Neymar Jr. - v5

I think Neymar is just using them for a new contract.

Just signed one. Shouldn't get one.

If he keep this BS going, offer him to PSG in exchange of Verratti + cash next summer.

He's not irreplaceable if you can get Dembele and use the cashed saved up for Verratti on Mbappe or another elite midfielder.

Dembele plays on the Right Wing, who would you sign instead on Neymar's position?

Mbappe is RM fan, he had posters of C.Ronaldo on his wall, no way he comes here. Plus, he's had only one good season.

Next summer.

Isco and Modric were Barca fans. Former a Messi fanboy. Ceballos is/was a Messi fanboy and just moved to Madrid. Mbappe's family implied he want to play for either Madrid or Barca by the time he's 22 so he'd be open to offers. Then he signed a contract with Nike and guess who our sponsor is? If we sign Dembele, we'll also have one of his closest friends on the team to help convince him.

What about this season, though?
Neymar is irreplaceable, he's the most marketable player on the planet right now, if we lose him we lose a lot of our revenues and future fans.

IF Neymar wants to leave and PSG is willing to pay 222 million for him Barca it would be epic.

Little chance of him leaving this summer. Little chance of Barca getting Verratti or Dembele now too.

He's not irreplaceable. Mbappe will replace Cristiano as Nike's next cover star if he kicks on, just like Pogba will replace Messi when people thought it would be Bale or James.

Neymar's hype have dropped off last few years and if he keep acting like an immature kid all the time, he'll never play to the level we all think he can and should play at.

Fans can leave if they all follow the club just for Neymar.

If the club can get two of the most talented players in the World in the last decade(assuming they take big steps next season both two),

You

1. Secure a large part of the club's future

2. Solve the midfield problem if you get Verratti in exchange

3. Have the means to challenge more and better for trophies which will eventually gain Barca those fans and bigger deals, more money

The problem obviously would be the club's incompetence in securing them or even Dembele and a guy like Hazard or Dybala.

But there's a plan the club can follow if Neymar's dad want to take his son to Paris next year. PSG cannot pay the release clause, but if Neymar want to leave next summer, the club won't force him to stay and should not be held ransom by the Neymars.

He said:

-Neymar believes he cannot be recognized as the world’s best player by staying at Barça during Lionel Messi’s prime. There are no problems in the relationship between Neymar and Messi, and the two are very good friends on and off the pitch, but the Brazilian thinks his chances of winning the Ballon D’Or will improve if he moves to PSG and leads the French club to success in Europe.

-Dani Alves is one of Neymar’s closest friends in football, and seeing the Barça legend move to PSG helped Neymar make the decision to play in Paris next season. PSG also guaranteed to Neymar that they will keep Marco Verratti, who’s been heavily linked with a move to Barça. The prospect of being the star of a world-class squad with one of his biggest friends in a World Cup year was too good to reject, according to the reports.

-Neymar recently signed a new contract with Barcelona and is making €15 million a year in wages. While there’s no reported figure, Neymar would get a much bigger salary with PSG that would make him the highest-paid player in football.
