Biggest question is whether this thread gets moved to the Barca History section or Other Players section.
If he goes, it will get moved to Barca history, just like Dani Alves' thread which is in Barca History and he's at PSG.

I would hope they laughed at his face for that. The only way he leaves is if they pay the full 220 Million and that's it.Maybe trying to get them to negotiate with P$G in order to make their life easier?
That's all good and dandy, but it doesn't answer my question on why Nerman Sr. is still talking to our head honchos, if he's already gone?
As xXKonan said, why would we even entertain the notion of negotiating, let alone hold multiple meetings about it?Maybe trying to get them to negotiate with P$G in order to make their life easier?
I wouldn't adopt any sense of hope that Neymar Sr meeting with Robert is by any means good news for us.
If I were to guess, I'd say he's the one who is communicating on behalf of Neymar and PSG in this transfer to Barca.
Edit: Well, I suppose it would be good news for those on here who actually want Neymar out of the club.

If they intend to pay his realise clause, there should be little communication with the club about it. Transfer the 222m and be done with it.
Again, I'm not saying that this is necessarily the case, but I think it's foolish close the door to any of the opportunities yet.
Actually, PSG negociates with Barça to INCREASE the transfer fee, as crazy as it sounds.
If they just pay Neymar 222M to let him release his contract, it would be considered as a wage by the French fisc and PSG would have to pay about a 100 M tax. So, they rather pay 250 or 260 M to Barça and pay no tax.
That's why the Barça board might be interested, it would be a win-win situation for both clubs, only loser would be the French fisc.

The situation goes.
We can't do anything about Neymar leaving if PSG pays his Buyout clause if he agrees to a move.
But if PSG are wary of trying to pay the buyout clause and want to negotiate then it won't work as we don't have any intention of selling Neymar.
Neymar can't do anything either as we have the upper hand in that regard since we don't want to sell as PSG feels as they can't pay the Buyout clause.
There's nothing to negotiate, if PSG wants Neymar then they would have to pay out his clause, and the possible risks that come with it. if not Neymar stays for another season regardless if he and his father get angry about it.
