Neymar Jr. - v5

DonAK

President of FC Barcelona
Yeah the laws in Spain were changed but the suggestion seems to be the tax is paid in France I think.

Dont think it is true.

For what it's worth, even Le Parisien who is supposedly close to PSG, suggest that they trying to find a way his signing and salary doesn't destroy the FFP cap.

Yep just tell them to fuck off and pay the release clause, if they have issues with tax that is there fault. There is no way they would accept Verrati leaving anyway and the rest of there team is shit.

That's the guarantee the Neymares wanted. Now I can finally say it's over. He's a PSG player.

Btw, should UEFA do this? It seems kinda wrong.

30 million mean nothing in nowadays market. At least when it comes to sums of hundred of millions.

Say they give us 250 instead of 220. How would those 30 million help us that much? It just means selling clubs will just ask for a bit more for their players because now we have a bit more. Say Coutinho costs 150m now, after hearing about us receiving more money, well he now costs 165. We look to buy Dembele, Dortmund doesn't want to sell but since we received a truck load of cash they can also demand a truck load of cash. 30 million to facilitate PSG? What are we? Qatar's corner street hookers?

Guys the transfer clause in Spain is not that simple if a foreign club wants to activate it. Because they can't directly. The tax they need to pay depends on how the deal is done. That's not illegal stuff it's just how it is. If neymar would pay his clause it has a different and higher tax rate then when they negotiate a transfer fee or psg pays the release clause through a 3rd party. It's not tax evasion..

Now if Barcelona can get a higher fee by negotiating then who cares that PSG pays less in total. It's better for Barcelona. If neymar really wants to leave then get it done. Or do they have to keep him against his will? Like psg was doing with verratti.

Which is why it makes much more sense for us to negotiate for verratti plus a lot of money.
The 220m will be useless this summer, Every player we set our eyes upon, His club will double his price, Knowing full well were're in desperation and panic mode, All the clubs will take advantage of us.
Demanding 220m or nothing, Doesn't stem from any logic, It's simply to give "the middle finger" to PSG, Nothing more.

If it's a measily 30m euros there is no point. If the taxes are around 100m euros then 50-75% of that would be okay.

PSG has a really good relationship with Brasilians, past and present. You remember that guy Ronaldinho? Was a PSG player before he helped make FCB one of the most dominant clubs in the world.

Ronaldinho used PSG as a stepping stone to greatness. He knew he could only preform his magic at the club with history for legends, culture, and the fans. Not to mention top league. PSG is a second rate team with little culture no especially with nothing but oil money. Neymar IMO is taking a huge downgrade and career diver to potential take a gamble that most likely to fail. It's all about the money, but his father and him isn't wise to see the long term repercussions of this. He won't get himself to the level his former Brazilian peers came to. And most of the top well known ones did it at Barca. Not PSG, whats the last legend PSG got that wasn't table scraps falling from grace or using the club to get to the tier 1 leagues?

Honestly Neymar will regret this move IF he makes it. He won't win, well maybe the league (big if) and it's not even rated highly among others in Europe. He'll be likely to consistently see Quarterfinal exits in CL. There is just no team like Barca with it's style of play and world class players that can even help him.
