The Neymar effect. This is one thing I wouldn’t miss with having Neymar around. I hate when we had him, our news was completely dominated by transfer rumours related to him. Worse still, he and his team wouldn’t do any PR work to quell those rumours.

He love to be in the spotlight of attention, and he’s secretly using the media for it. Good luck PSG or some other bloody club, I wouldn’t miss all this drama that is forever linked to Moneymar. NOBODY is bigger than the club; you want fame and respect? Earn it like the other legends that fought for this club.

the Neymar to PSG transfer was destined by the media to be a shitstorm. day after day more lies from the media 'Neymar unhappy' 'Neymar will take a paycut to join Madrid' 'Neymar is unhappy with Emery' 'Neymar wants Barca return, Valverde welcomes him with open arms' i mean cmon :lol:

I can't stand PSG but its retarded how from the get go the media were determined to dig negative shit up at any opportunity.

The more Real struggle the more Desperate, Marca and AS get.

Just yesterday after we advanced to the Copa Semi's MARCA puts out a cover photo with the words "300 million" For signings with a Picture of Neymar on it. These rumors will continue to persist as long as Ney is at PSG.

Unless UEFA forces PSG to sell Neymar, I can't see Ney ever going to Real unless he intentionally runs down his contract.

We tried signing Verratti and look what happened. They took our future star. If Real tries siging Neymar maybe PSG will steal Varane from them instead. The owners of PSG are just too powerful. Money doesn't mean anything to them. 5 years ago Real Madrid could've bought any player in the world. But that was before the sheiks. You don't see PSG or City lose important players. If these players don't have a buy-out option, then there is no chance of any important player leaving. PSG relies on Neymar. If Real Madrid wanted Neymar they should've acted sooner. But with their titles the last 2 seasons, it's was maybe too disrespectful to "change a winning team". Looking at the season they've had this far, this was a huge mistake.

This idea that Barca angered the beast that is Nasser and he stole Neymar is ridiculous.

PSG had been after Barcas best players years before that and eventually got one to see it as a move they wanted to make.

Heard that shite too often from Jombi and the PSG trolls and it is based on no reality.

The story still shows that you can't steal players from PSG. Verratti fired his agent and apologized publicly when he realized he was going nowhere.

Maybe it is hard to get them but Nasser/PSG never came after Neymar as a result.

Them keeping players against their will could be counter productive in long run anyway as top players may be more reluctant to go and get locked in.

PSG didn't come after Neymar as a result - no. But the whole saga showed the power of PSG. A few years back this would never have happened. We've been interested in Marquinhos, Thiago Silva, Verrartti while they were at PSG, but we didn't manage to get them because they were players of Prison Saint-Germain. The owners of PSG are not someone to mess around with. When you sign the lucrative contract, you better show some respect. It's a psychological game that I think PSG will always win.
My opinion is not based on the fact that I don't wish Real Madrid to buy Neymar. With our current squad I don't fear anyone. But with Neymars partying around, arrogant attitude and temper during games and the fact that he is former Barca player, could all result in a huge mess for the Madrid club. Also I believe he won't reach the goals of Cristiano Ronaldo. He was the least scoring in the MSN trio.
