I think Neymar will leave regardless. Good thing that Robert and Sanllehi are not with team, meaning their not wasting their time on this useless negotiations, they are probably are working to sign new players. Barto is continuing to negotiate because he knows if he loses Neymar he will lose his sit. Probably Barto's only hope that PSG cannot provide guarantees that FFP will not be activated.
