What bothers me more then his silence is the fact that this whole transfer saga was obviously innitiated by Neymar or more probably by his father. If PSG was the innitiator you would think that hey thought about the FFP and money issues before even making an attempt of signing him right? So common sense implies that Neymars camp got the ball rolling, and PSG is now trying to find a way to make this happen financially.

I would go so far to say that this was planned a long time ago. The rumor was released from his entourage few days before US tour so it's clear sign that this was well planned also from the marketing side of his team. As I said before I would prefer him to leave next summer instead of this one but as things stand I believe he will leave after the US tour which he used entirely for his self-promotion.

As I said obove he used US tour for his promotion in USA and he is also waiting for PSG to sort things regarding FFP. I am 100% sure we will know how things stand as soon as team returns to Barcelona.

He can only go if there is an agreement between PSG and Barcelona. And that's probably the reason why there is no official information about the possible transfer. So it's almost certain that it's about his price, can be anything, PSG that needs to find a solution to meet the FFP rules or PSG that wants to pay less. This process can take time because they have to investigate things, negotiate etc.

If Neymar was 100% staying, then he would have said it already. He's keeping silent because it's not clear if he will stay or PSG can get the deal done.

And is not even a problem of the price of Neymar, 200 milions are nothing in the current market.

Barca shouldn't agree to that. With how fast this market gets inflated no telling how much those fragments will be worth in the future.

Well you minimize these fragments to reduce the risk or better said, possible financial damage....if there's any. In span of couple of years inflation should be negligible.
