So, PSG doesn't want Cou or Dembele, but we will still buy NeyNey.
Even bigger financial suicide. We need to offload Cou before signing NeyNey, unless Griezmann doesn't come. Otherwise we are in red numbers.
From the standpoint of integrity of the club regarding this move, you already know my opinion.
So basically, if Atleti don't accept instalments for Griezmann's clause (unlikely that they will), we can't afford both. Nasser will probably want 200 million cash and Atleti will probably want 120 million cash, both instant payments. Currently we stand at -9 million for this fiscal year.
So that's 51 million of the summer budget (unless the Coutinho fee is spread in that also) plus future sales. Even to afford Griezmann, we need to sell players for at least 60 million.
Even if we sell both Cou and Rakitić for combined 150 million, we still can't afford NeyNey and Griezmann, but we can afford one of them.
