Neymar has spoken to club executives about s move and they are open to a return. He misses the climate and is in regular contact with the dressing room.
Although Rakitic Pique and Semedo would rather Pogba the scouts remain unconvinced he is a good fit for the club.
According to reports Neymar will take a lay cut and offer a portion of his image rights to make the deal happen, he is not interested in a move to Real Madrid.
The club has an option to meet his release clause which is supposedly the same as what PSG paid for him.
Executives are willing to offload Dembele in order to move for De Ligt and De Jong in addition to Neymar. The sale of Rakitic is also a possibility but reports state that the playse is reluctant to leave and is happy.

It's time for revenge! PSG humiliated us when they stole Neymar the way they did not to mention what happened with Verrati and Thiago. They made us look like fools.
I hope Neymar has been talking to executives and been whispering in Rabiot's ear to come to us on a free and he will meet him there.
Taking back our player and stealing their's on a free would completely destroy PSG.

Just wanted to pop in and say please, please, please don't bring Neymar back. Sporting-wise he is still good albeit declining a bit already, but his family is a venom and will give us more endless headaches. Not to mention we can't afford to waste money on him, we should be buying De Ligt and De Jong. And lastly we cant afford to pay his salary, our wage is already going through the roofs.

If I was the club executive, I would told him to go fuck himself.
He tried to sue us one year ago.
I think its just speculation, in order to sell more papers. But, if all those reports are true, wait for a year and see them crumble internally.
Mbappe is on the rise, and Neymar won't be playing second fiddle to a 19 year old, especially his ego doesn't allow him & it also hinders his B'dor hopes.
It will soon turn into rift between those and either of them wanting to move out. That would in turn, lower the price and increase pressure on PSG to get rid of either one.
Plus, no matter how bad we play, the squad is good enough, we don't need Neymar, especially till we have Messi. What we need more is De Ligt and De Jong..
Getting Neymar next summer for 200M+ is madness and shows desperation. It also sends a wrong message that you can leave the club in crisis and still come back for absurd money.
We are a big club, and should hold some respect. No player is bigger than the club.
