The problem with swap deals is getting the players to agree. We could have a deal with PSG but if rakitic (for example) doesn't wanna go then it won't happen.

I could see cash + coutinho but not sure where we'd get like 100m

Not that difficult to understand really.

Malcom sold for 40m
Rafinha will leave for 10m

50m right there. The board was also prepared to bring in De Ligt for upwards of 80m this summer.

Add that to Coutinho's bloated wages coming of the books and Neymar's return is feasible.

Would be a brilliant move in all fairness. Can't bear to see that clueless muppet Dembele stinking up the joint for another season while being glorified for losing the ball after an awkward fake shot.

We direly need a world class winger with pace to burn on the left flank. Neymar fits the bill.

We will probably also get rid of Rakitic to get more money and free wages.

True.
Like in all his seasons here.

When we won 2 out 4 La ligas and he single handedly ruined our title with a miss against RM and a red card against Celta.

Not worried about La Liga at all. Only way for us to lose the league title is Messi's long term injury. We lack any serious domestic competitors, which, by the way, wasn't the case during Neymar's first stay here.

Possibly, but for a player to leave the consent to part ways has to be mutual.

I don't believe Rakitic would be willing to leave especially with his wife being Spanish and his kids being settled in the city. Valverde also still rates him and I personally think the bloke still has something to offer this season in a reduced role.

He is nowhere near as finished as Busi, whom sadly is nothing more than a incapacitated, floundering tree with a terminal case of football paralysis.

Surely this deal will bankrupt Barca.

Two players on 500k a week. £200M transfer fee after spending 100 on Griezman.
