And no he shouldn't be punished for turning down the offer as that comes off as a child not getting the toy he wanted and throwing a tantrum and he shouldn't face scorn by the big whigs in the lockerroom for not moving so they can have their precious little rat back.
Punish Dembele for being unprofessional, but do not punish him for not willing to accept the demands to get Ney back. Find another way to get Ney back if Dembele doesn't want to leave.

Hope PSG refuse but, seeing the usual media surrounding PSG and Leonardo, it seems more than likely that they are on the verge of accepting.
I can understand Dembélé reluctance. Barça is his dream club, he did a lot of shit to get there (going AWOL and disrespecting Dortmund) and i would not give up my place if i were him. I really think he will refuse to go.

The original rumoured offer was 40/50m loan fee + 170m next season totalling 220m and still have Dembele's wages to pay, instead it will be no loan fee, 85m this season + 85m next season and no Dembele wages to pay. The second option is actually better.

No buy option on the Dembele loan? A season back under Tuchel should do him some good. And yeah if we're bringing Neymar back, keeping Dembele won't do anyone any good.
