Not really. He is clearly a wing player. Not enough vision to play at CAM. I think his peak level is close to that of Ribery, and they scored at comparatively equal rates.

Played on the wing and gets most chances from there sure. He has very good vision provided how long he stays on the ball when going up. Pass-first player anyway.

I don't doubt Hazard talent. He is Indeed talented but is often so underwhelming in CL for whatever reason. We faced him a lot since PSG-CHELSEA was becoming some kind of routine draws and he got pocketed by even our most obscure players like Jallet.

If you look at the whole career of Neymar and Hazard in terms of goals, dribblings, creating Neymar was by far better dude.
