I fancy your chances v Bayern if the midfield and defense isn't clown tier. If they are, even Neybappe can't save you and it'll most likely be a drubbing.
Good goalkeeping makes a lot of difference over one game (even over two games).
Oblak performance took Liverpool out of the CL. He didn't make miracles (he is not at fault for the two goals) against Leipzig and they are out.
Ederson didn't have a good game against Lyon and they have lost to a weaker side that has scored on almost all their occasions.
Navas is exceptionally good and Rico is just an average keeper. It might make an huge difference at the end.
It is as damaging as having to play Gabriel Jesus instead of Aguero.
PSG midfield and defence is always clown tier. Only Verratti can somehow raise the level and he is out.
The game against Atalanta sums up this PSG very well. Neymar plays almost alone for like 59 min of the game.
You can't win a game against elite rival by playing with 2 or 3 players.

I have a feeling Barto will give his all for this. Because this seems to be his only move that could build a narrative that he is going for drastic changes. Getting Neymar for hundreds of millions along with swaps isn't going to improve the situation, but if PSG somehow win the CL and he brings Neymar back then fans and socios may be dumb enough to give him the credit.
