Doubt PSG would sell him this summer as they wont be able to sign any replacements that would be better than having Neymar another season.

Only way could see them selling him to Barca is if getting in Griez/Dembele etc would help Mbappe stay a bit longer to play with his French mates. Maybe even try to get Pogba as well and give themselves that French identity.

Otherwise think it suits them better to keep Neymar if he wants to leave and make another push at CL next season.
