I'll certainly cite this post in 2030

Unless Barcaman sells the forum to Messigician and it becomes a Zenit one or something

Why? You'll probably sell him in 2025 or something after he becomes ineffective at the RW with Mbappe moving to the left. You'll find another Brazilian to replace him anyway given Florentino is crazy for Brazilian players since he lost out on Neymar.

Now before you claim Vinicius will still start at the LW with Mbappe in the team then stop being delusional. Mbappe is a LW, not a CF.

Trust me I'd rather you don't get Mbappe or Haaland and keep rolling with Vini-Benz-Asensio or some shit.

Might buy Messi to sub in for 38-year old Benzema at CF when we fail getting Haaland after putting him off every summer

Combination of injuries and he doesn't look like he really cares anymore.

He had a goal to win the Ballon d'or, and win the CL on his own with PSG but those dreams have gone up in smoke.

Think the upcoming World Cup might actually be his last big hurrah on the biggest stage, as he might still 'get it up' at least for that to try and win it with Brazil. But I don't see him still playing for the 2026 World Cup anymore. I can even see him retiring early, like at the age of 32 or 33, after leaving to go back to Santos for his last year. I'm absolutely positive he won't be playing at Messi's current age anymore, much less Cristiano. What a waste of a career.

Yeah. He has a shitload of money which he started making before he even was a professional footballer as he was seen as a young prodigy with big money contracts with Nike from since he was 14 or 15.

Will probably become a B-grade actor or a model after retiring. Doesn't look like he enjoys playing football anymore.

Don't forget playing poker, as he's Poker Stars official ambassador and has even played in a few live tournaments so far. Must be nice to be playing when you know even losing means jack shit for your bank balance.

You're welcome

And he's getting staked. Not paying anything to enter the tourneys. But I think they have separated.

Maybe PSG will just say fuck it to the current project, clear em all out and opt for a more Bayern approach in poaching Ligue 1s top talents, might be better in the long run.

I trust we won't take the Neymar bait but hopefully we don't take Messi back; learn from Uniteds Ronaldo fuck up

Serious Q - who was the last Brazillian over the age of 30 in an attacking position that was somewhat successful? I swear they're all samba samba until they fall of a cliff like a rock

Dani Alves? Lol

Romario comes to my mind. Though he already left Europe at 30 but still was world class.

Ronaldinho at 30 (2009/10) was somewhat similiar to current Messi.
