It's pretty insane he will break Pele's Brazil team record and still remembered as failure compared to his talent. He had all the talent in the world .

Those records don't mean as much as they used too. Simply too many matches for that.

His career peak was with Barca, it was short and wasn't consistent. Will be remembered for his stint at Barca and a record transfer fee at some point.

Arrives to training drunk. Ronaldinho did it at 25, now Neymar's doing it at 30. To his defense his career is basically over now. The alcoholism would explain the steep decline in his physical ability within the past 10 months. It's over, this guy is now history.

Translation error

The actual English meaning is "almost drunk"

His only legacy would be his 1 year as a part of the MSN trio.

Brazilians obviously don't rate him as high since they have watched most of their legends win the lot for Brazil.

Psg fans will see Neymar as the face of their long shite project which turned out to be a failure.

Barca fans hate/don't care for him since moving to PSG.

General Football fans diss him for his theatrics.

Dude has created zero goodwill

You're welcome
I think Neymar will hit the drugs once he retired after hitting rock bottom depression. Nobody wants to be remembered for his "legacy".
He knows that every time he looks someone in the eyes that the only thing going through that person's mind is "wasted talent" and "0 Balon d'Ors" and "Greatest Brazilian deception in football"

My post in qatar thread regarding neymar and legacy.
I forgot to add ?snake? to list of possible thoughts.

It's clear he regrets leaving, he regretted leaving about a month into his PSG career. But I just wish we had made the most of that money. Imagine the sqaud we could have built with the huge revenue of those days and his fee.

He strikes me as someone who has a lot of mental health/ personal problems. Probably from being such a superstar from a very young age.

Not uncommon when catapulted from a normal teenager to a star.

That move to PSG have not been good for him, at all. Think he'll look back at it with regret for a very long time, even if he's gotten a lot richer, but he will always have money as his father probably controls some of his finances so he doesn't burn all of it.

He did admit to trying to return after a year and then the year after we almost pulled it off by paying more than PSG signed him for. Thank god in hindsight they rejected our offer.

He admitted as much in his documentary. Even if it wasn't an outright statement.
