This leads me to be inclined to believe SPORT who have come out with an exclusive report stating that we have agreed on a fee, but only have to work out the payment structure, which would take between 24-48 hours. The plan is to finalize everything by Friday at the latest.

Aren't they saying that the first installment is upfront. So would allow them to use the cash to replace him, or at least make a similar deal with a part of the fee upfront.
