I remember Messi being 19 years old, and he was definately better. He owned Real Madrid and Chelsea at the time. Still, Neymar has great prospects, he has fantastic speed and agility, but lacks hugely from tactical point of view. One can clearly see he has no experience of playing in Europe. We don't need him.

I think it is a bit unfair to compare him to Messi. That said Neymar had a few good moments yesterday that were wasted by his teammates. There is definetely a huge potential hidden in him. Great amount of flair, technique, passing skills and pace.
