Xavi didn't make him miss three months. He's just injury prone.
Robben had multiple managers throughout his career but different managers, training regimes didn't stop him from getting injured. Especially with these hamstring injuries that you are prone to re-injuring over and over again.
Although it would have been nice if Dembele's injuries didn't always come at a crucial time in the second half of the season....

What exactly? The was no Xavi before, he was injured... The guy is like injury prone, misses a lot of games and does shit on a field. HALLOOOO 150 MILIONS!!!! For that kind of money.... He should play at least 90% of the games, fit and score or assist a lot of goals...
