Dembele for 25m is going to look like marvelous business once next summer comes around and Lewandowski turns down Saudi Arabia because he feels he still has it.

Would get Adeyemi if we had money. That guy is a speed demon and can play in all front 3 positions.

But we don't have it, so this post is pointless.

I appreciate Karim Adeyemi's potential. But unfortunately, injuries hinder the development of this player.

Yeah, those muscle fibre tears are a bad sign.

Anyway, we have no money... So... And Dortmund would fleece us again.

I don’t understand at all who we should take on the winger position. Obviously, Xavi wants an explosive, fast winger, but who to take? There are candidates on the market, but many of them suffer from a large number of injuries....

Doku, Adeyemi....

Are you fine with having Raphinha as first choice right winger?

Raphinha is a good starting winger.
The main issue is that he is more in the mold of Giuly & Pedro while the club lacks wingers or no 9 who are Elite world class, and playmaking from midfield needs some working
But that isn't on Raphinha to blame tbh

Sure, not trying to claim Mbappe is like a saint who doesn't care about money whatsoever, of course he does and money was the only thing that kept him this long at PSG and I am sure he will be paid more than handsomely by Madrid (let's hope he sucks Madrid dry), but the point is at least Mbappe values sporting success more than money, hence he is moving to Madrid whereas in Dembele's case, Dembele clearly values money more than anything else and that's the only reason he is going to PSG.
My honest take is that I don't see any of the two teams entering CL final in the next 3 years with current squad setup plus our finance issues, we've gone to Europa twice consecutively now and Lewa is on the decline so sporting-wise i see PSG and Barca only winning their leagues and league cup in the next three years, plus he gets to make more money in PSG, and less pressure due to low transfer fee. He and Neymar can also chill in the hospital when they get injured so the decision may not be as hard as you think

No offense, but annoying how you always take players side over the club.

Personally, Im hoping sheeps heads ( no pigs heads because he is Muslim ), get sold out in Barcelona if he ever returns to Camp Nou. :guitar:

Don't see a problem here. He never did nothing. The team might even look more coherent/systemic without him being the go-to-guy and Xavi relentlessly trying to mold tactics with him in mind. Match against Milan already was good sign. We played more centrally than most of the last season.
Last, but not the least - the the squad has just got +5 to its average IQ.

The problem with most explosive wingers is they are injury prone and usually lack football IQ.
Good riddance regarding Dembele. The squad has holes but should be making round of 16 or even last eight. Semis is out of the question and will only happen with a large amount of luck.
Dembele is going from one mess to another because of money. He isn't the brightest guy and his agents have profited from this.
