Compare Dembele to Vinicius for example. Vinicius matches Dembele in terms of 1 vs 1 ability, and adds clutch goals and assist in the biggest games vs the best sides on the planet. For Dembele to be better than Vinicius, he needs to start banging them in in CL semis and such. Slim chance of that happening.

No, imo. No high profile moment for him when he just got things done on the offensive end vs top opposition. He is great at dribbling vs 2nd and 3rd tier opponents like few others though. As said, this trait is consistent for players that are good, but lack something to be top class. It's probably his mentality and not so great football IQ.

His ball striking technique is also supbar for top class level, and much inferior than his pace and dribbling ability. So many skied shots and crappy executions from good positions. Seems to mostly go for power shots in the top corner with 2% success rate.
yeah, the problem is that he doesnt aim when he shoots with his right foot but trying to hit it just with power

Vinicius matches Dembele in 1v1 sure,
but he can't match Dembele chance creation at all. Vinicius has rather poor stats in creating.
He will either finish himself or simply mess up the sequence. He can't assist properly

Neymar was helping him too. Yes, Mbape can finish chances OTHER create for him, as long as his team has good creators. That's the point.
You pretend you don't understand that scoring is just the final act of a whole sequence, which will not occur if the right players are not there to execute it, including the proper creators

The Brazilian liked and replied with a laughing emoji to a post that compared the two forwards' goalscoring records for PSG this season.
