"Chances/preassists" is just a category delusional folks like you've come to espouse to make up for this player's complete inability in front of goal.

If lampard and Iniesta both played in a front 3, then yes I would, but they didn't.

Lampard was a attacking midfielder player who played higher up than Iniesta, often just behind the main striker ( Drogba ).

Iniesta played deeper and was really more of a classic central midfielder, who wasn't expected to score as he always had 3 forwards ahead of him, something Chelsea did not.
