Noone is gonna offer 60M. Maybe in ur dreams. Loan deal only solution

My thoughts exactly.

Clubs will only take him on a loan without fee.
I am not sure whether they would be willing to pay his full wages either.

So, Man Utd could loan him.
If he'll suck, they won't buy him the next summer.
If he gets injured, they won't buy him.
If he'll play well, they'll try to buy him for 15-30m next summer since he'll have only one year left on his contract.

All in all, I don't believe that anyone will pay money for him this summer.
Especially not 60m for a guy who played 6 Months in the last 3 years.

** I'll never understand what our sporting director Robert seen in Dembele.
The worst transfer in our history.

Don't understand why people are against loaning him. We get rid of his wages and can bring a player who can actually help us instead of being injured for 6 or 7 months.

He gets injured and we are f****. Or he performs and has 1 year left on his contract (and we are f****). Would take a loan with a loan fee though (ala Coutinho).

But feels good to have no pressure (unlike United and Bayern). He stays, fine. He leaves, also fine.

Can we actually bring someone useful just by getting rid of his wages? I don't think we can.
And then it's better to have Dembele as an option who despite not being Barca quality offers something different compared to the other wingers.

Again if he gets injured at another club at least we don't need to pay his full wages.

If he stays fit and plays well we can sell him for a solid fee next year even with just a year left on his contract.

I really don't see any problem loaning him out, even for "free" as long as we offload at least 80% of his wages.

I think we can. Transfer fees are not that big problem as they will be paid in installments. Getting his 12m or whatever wages off the book is more important to possibly bring a new player. We'll probably also sell Todibo to get some more money.

Doesn't matter what "different" he can bring if he'll be injured again.

Don't think we can get someone better. And can't just assume he'll be injured.

I highly doubt we will get anyone as a replacement if we loan him.

This. If United is prepared to pay 100M+ for Sancho, they also can afford wages of Dembele and a decent lending fee of 10M. With every day passing it should get more expensive. We are 3 days before transfer window closes. With that lending fee Depay might be doable.

I agree with @mc_lovin : United is the pressured party here. If they don't offer enough for a loan, there is no problem in keeping Dembele. Season is long and I'm sure he could be useful since he can play every position in that 3-men-line in 4-2-3-1.

People are talking about off loading his wages like he makes 45m pretax like blondy, he makes more than he should, but hey this is our current leadership we are talking about.

If its a loan he stays, makes no sense we loan him, if we can get 60m for him (unlikely) take it & run. Use it to buy a damn defender!!!.

He's been injured for three seasons, it's pretty easy to assume he'll be again. And it's not that hard to find someone who is more useful than an injured player on high wages.

It is actually hard.
Demebele played 23 and 42 games in his 1st 2 season here, I would take that over loaning him for free.
Him being loaned unlikely to land us anyone.

Loan is fine if they pay his wages and give decent fee.

Would be back up in current squad and fitness may mean not even reliable as that.

A skillful pacy winger who can beat any defender in the game one on one, you gotta keep instead of loaning, unless the coach doesn't want him.

He could be divisive in a few guys that helps us, like he was last season before he got injured,he scored a few import goals.

Plus a dembele that plays 20 games, will give us about as much as greizmann playing 40+ games, loan that guy out with his truly ridiculous wages.
