The price of Dembele isn't 30-40. I think the board won't discuss any offer that is below the 100 or 90. Because yes he is wasteful and has significant flaws like the low football IQ and the comical finishing, BUT he still has potential and can improve. So I think an offer of 90 or 100 would be the fair price.

PSG tried to exchange Mbappe with Dembele or Vinicius (+ a good amount of money of course).
But Barca and Real want a purshase, not an exchange.

PSG wants to exchange Mbappe (with Dembele, or Vinicius, or Salah) + 50-60 million) , and use this money to help the purshase of Haaland ! It would be a good affair for them (especially for a player who won't renew his contract, I mean Mbappe).
