Barcelona can only reach an agreement with Demb?l? under one of the three conditions if a club wants to sign him:
1. Exchanging players on loan.
2. Paying a small fee now or later.
3. Take over part of his salary for the rest of the season.

The question is if any of these teams would be willing to pay Barcelona 5-15m to facilitate a move 6 months earlier.
Id imagine Man Utd could benefit from it, and that Chelsea wod be willing to for depth. PSG probably wouldnt.
So if Dembele first option is either Man U or Chelsea and he doesnt want to move now, then he is an idiot.

Why move now?
You get a signing on fee of 10m instead of giving it as a transfer fee to Barca lol.
You enjoy the high wages of Barca, can chill in the city while being paid to play in the stands.
