We all laughed at Laporta stating Dembouz being better than Mbappe last season, but that was more politics than honest words by Laporta.

Dembele and Lewa are great duo that's clicked from day 1.

Mbappe and Dembele aren't comparable anyway. Mbappe is not a winger, he's a left forward with decent to great finishing (sometimes he's patchy and sometimes he's lethal).

Dembele has poor finishing but is an elite playmaker. He's a pure winger.

Mbappe is and will be the superior player historically/legacy wise but Dembele can become a football legend if he is major part of Barca side that wins a CL and some LLs.

Been dispossessed quite a bit and unable to create much going up against a top tier defence that also have athletic and physical players. But atleast he is not being sloppy and careless with the ball.
