I agree punishment should have started after Bilbao game, especially since we would be with 2 injuries/suspensions and 2 players that cannot play entire 90min upfront.

But, in general, the strategy is correct by the club, and I support it.
Punishment should start within the winter transfer window, to make him realize that he will remain in the stands for 6 months if he does not agree to a sale now
