He would, but I find it doubtful he'd be starting for us as a False 9. Flick will probably persist with Lewandowski in the biggest games until the end of the season while resting/benching him from time to time. In the summer we'll hopefully sign a striker.
He cannot play the role Raphinha plays on the left. So would you rather have him over Lamine or do you think he would accept being a rotation player that would fight for a starting spot vs. Lamine Yamal?
Doubtful.
Besides he negotiated for a buyout clause himself. One he had every intention to use and which he did to join PSG after Barca had invested so much in him from hiring people to wake him up, personal chefs and what not. Xavi was willing to go to war for him as well and he still left. It's like crying over spilt milk.
I feel he would've slowed down Yamal's path if he stayed cause Raphinha getting injured allowed Xavi to freely use Yamal then, so you can imagine how it would've been for Yamal to start if Dembele stayed then. His leaving was best for all parties as we have Yamal who has a higher ceiling, Raphinha is also performing at his peak, and Dembele (he needed to start afresh, without being judged for his Liverpool miss or injuries or funny behavior from time to time, plus the higher PSG wage was great, so it was a perfect deal from PSG too, they got strengthed at low cost, so I guess all Party benefited from the deal, maybe we would've wanted more money)
I don't feel like we miss him at RW, since we've also got Yamal and Raphinha, if we were to poke a forward from PSG, then I'd want us getting Barcola
